THIS IS WHAT MAKES AMERICA GREAT! Hard working people using their pride, integrity and craftsmanship to provide their customers with a truly magnificent cultural experience. The food is authentic, plentiful, absolutely delicious and reasonably priced. A very clean intimate establishment, well suited for a casual dinner date or a family night out. This is not your typical corporate run eatery. Service is friendly and top notch. Food takes a little longer to prepare, but hey, high quality takes a smidgen longer, but is well worth it! The seafood soup is chocked full of a wide variety of seafood in a savory coconut milk broth. We tried a number of dishes and they were all quite tasty and unique. This was our first experience with Honduran food and it ranks right up there with our favorite dining adventures.
On a personal note. We are both disabled and once they noticed us having trouble with the wheelchair, they pitched right in and helped us in and out. A special thanks to all the thoughtful and kind folks at Rincon Catracho. WE'LL BE BACK!
