Would like to respond to one about phone answering, We are a small staff and focus family dining and we don’t have a huge staff and during busy times when in house of full we have to focus on these people and do our best to accommodate so yes at times we can’t answer the phone and have to take care of in house folk’s because they come first and they also will tip, alot of people don’t realize the time it takes for servers to be on phone to take order and explain menu become most ain’t prepared except the regular customers and thannto bag it and check out to make $0 tip so yes i want my servers to make money and to take care of in house first than phone is 2nd, we try our best to take care of everyone even rude ones like u lisa, you should come in on a friday nite and observe and than u may understand little more, and i am sorry you feel that way to want to bash us and give a zero thankfully most are understanding and respectful and appreciate what we do because we work hard to serve this small town and give families a nice place to come and enjoy, and after 17 years we have accomplished that besides not answering your call and as far as webpage deal that is on facebook adding that site on their own, I have requested they remove it because i don’t have a webpage and if i look at my facebook page you order online at ziggyspub.mobilebites.com, but a big thank you to my customers for all these years and are more understanding

For the past year, seriously, these people don't answer the phone. You might get voicemail (or not) where they tell you to leave your name and number and they'll call you back. They don't.
Tonight, the voicemail instructed us to order online. We went to the website, the page showed Ziggy's Pub in Poseyville. All good, right? You'd think so. Literally on the same screen with the Poseyville address is a green button to select the online menu. Press it and it takes you to the website for Ziggy's Pub in MONTREAL. QUEBEC, CANADA.
I've successfully ordered online from other restaurants. They successfully sold me a meal and got paid and tipped.
Does Ziggy's do so much business that selling 2 dinners doesn't matter to them?
I'm giving one star because I have to rate them. If I could, I'd give 0. This is a shame because if I were rating the food, I'd have given 5 stars.
Maybe I can get a second job answering the damn phone...
