A restaurant with "pancake" in the name should obviously excel at pancakes, and the blueberry pancakes with their incredible blueberry butter here truly hit the mark. The menu offers a wonderful mix of traditional and unique breakfast options, from chicken fried steak to Mexican-inspired dishes, all served quickly with friendly, attentive service that keeps coffee cups full even during busy mornings.
