If there were less than 0 stars, that’s what Harper’s deserves. Our company completed contracted work for Mr. Harper and he has failed to pay any amount and has now refused to reply to any of our multiple calls, texts, letters, or emails sent to try to contact him. Unbelievable. This review is a last resort attempting to contact Harper before more serious measures are taken.
