Eating here is like taking a risk of a lifetime. Looked in Kitchen and saw staff burying their un-gloved hands in big containers of salad and throwing on a plate.Fish was cold and raw. Had no idea who our server was. No one checked on us. I dont care about the view...This place is disgusting. P.S. Server later agred !!!

I have had a lot of bad dining experiences but this was one of the worst because this morning I am sick from what food I was able to eat from there. We came for the 1st time because of all these amazing reviews for my sister's 40th birthday. The whole night was a mess between our waitress only bringing half of our drinks and then disappearing for 30 minutes so we had to go inside and wrangle someone to get the rest of our drinks and Finally order food. We ordered and then sat again for another 40 minutes. I think I'm being kind with that timetable too.
We are very understanding that most places are short staffed but we came in a little later in the evening and there were only 5 other tables in the entire restaurant that had people. We were literally their only customer that hadn't received food at that time. So we are sitting there now the drinks that we finally got from a got for the entire table between the cokes and the waters are all empty. And then one of the worst things of the night happens.
My niece's face who is 10 years old twists in disgust. She realizes after drinking her water As it is now empty that the inside is caked in crap. It won't allow me to attach a photo but if I had to guess I would say this glass was cleaned on its side and took on a bunch of whatever was in the washer and then it dried onto the side of the cup Brown and green. She was horrified when she looked to see the entire side of her cup was caked in this stuff- we were sitting outside and it was dark so we just didn't notice! So Now we have my poor 10 year old niece super upset and disgusted, we brought it to the waitress's attention and she just brought us a new water. We should have walked out then. We talked about it we talked about just walking out but it was my sister's birthday and she wanted to stay so we did. We should not have waited for the food to come we should have just left.
But I guess we are a glutton for punishment because we stayed at that point we were starving and we were already there until about 9:30 so we said let's just wait. Again, we understand places are short staffed right now but there were only 1 other table at that point in the entire restaurant and the servers were inside just chatting and messing around. We finally get our food and every single thing that came out was cold. We ordered potato soup and ask that it comes before dinner but but of course it came with dinner and the table was totally crowded..The potato soup I don't even think was heated it up because it was all cold. My niece got a cheeseburger and it came out with no cheese. No big deal, the waitress brought it back to the kitchen and then brings back the Burger with just a piece of cheese slapped on it. They didn't bother to even melt it over the top! My sister the birthday girl and her husband both got steak and potatoes those were cold. I got the fish tacos and they were cold. My husband got the ribs and they were cold. EVERYTHING THEY SERVED US WAS COLD!!!!!!
We asked to talk to a manager but apparently no one was there. I managed to get one out of my 2 tacos in because I was starving, which was a mistake that I am paying for today. I had to call into work and I'm laying here with an extremely upset stomach. After what we found in that glass of water we were all a little worried about the food quality so we picked at our food, Most of it sitting on the table untouched. I wish we would have just walked out. The waitress gave us $50 off our ticket which was kind of a slap in the face. At that point we just wanted to leave so we didn't argue, we paid it and we left and we will never return. We came here because of all the good reviews. At this point I can't imagine they are all real. A huge F you Boathouse kitchen for ruining my sister's birthday dinner, and it was a big one it was her 40th and and making me lose A-day of work. Avoid this place like the plague.

Customer service is lacking. I left to use the restroom and when I came back my table had been given to someone else and all of my belongings (jacket,purse, sunglasses, water) were moved. There was no other seating available. I was asked if I wanted something to drink shortly after arrival and once I said I only wanted water I never saw a server again. I sat for an hour trying to be patient seeing as they were slightly busy. I left once my table was given away. This is the second time I’ve had a poor experience here.

The only good part of the experience was the live music! They were great and part of the reason I stayed longer.

Their flatbread pizzas are a special that my family and I always enjoy to have while dining in at home and while eating at the restaurant itself the feel and atmosphere is great!

The online menu is not the actual menu. Buyer beware here. Food is average at best. Not worth the time or money.
