I really wanted to like this place. The food is actually pretty good. But the service has been horrible. The first time I called in a take out order, we were given a time of 1 hour for pickup. When my daughter arrived to pick up our order, she was told that the order had been cancelled. I called into the store and a young lady replied "Sorry, somebody cancelled your order". No explanation, no possible solution such as "Would you like us to remake it?". Nothing. The manager got on the phone and offered to make the order but it would take an additional 30 minutes. We waited, paid for our order, and all was well.

Tonight, we tried again and hoped for a better experience. We again called in a take out order. I ordered a pepperoni pizza, 12pc chicken dinner and family pack (fries, rolls, cole slaw). I was told that they couldn't give me a total because their computer system was rebooting. My daughter again picked up my order, having no idea what exactly I ordered. When she got home, she brought in a pepperoni pizza, a 12" chicken pizza and a bag that had some torn up paper sacks inside. The grease from the fries had soaked the paper sack and it had torn apart. I immediately called about the mix-up between the actual chicken vs. chicken pizza and was told that they were sorry and to come back in about 30 minutes. I asked about also having the fries replaced and they agreed.

When I arrived, I was going to be charged again for the chicken and fries. I didn't understand this as I wasn't told this on this phone and it was their error. The chicken pizza had gone into the trash. The lady working in the bar asked if I had talked to a manager and I explained that I attempted to do that but was told that she was unavailable and would be unavailable until closing because she was in the kitchen. She went into the back and a man came out and sat next to me. He said he wanted "my side of the story". Throughout this conversation, he made very condescending remarks to me. He then brought up the cancelling of my order the last time. When I asked him why I would send someone 20 minutes away to pick up an order that I cancelled, he responded with "I have no idea why you would do that, but that is what we were told". This makes no sense.

He also said "We are out of breasts, is that going to be a problem too?". There is really no way to describe how condescending this man was to me in his tone of voice, facial expressions, and the things he said. I truly have never been so offended and felt that he was calling me a liar.I left the restaurant in tears. I never asked for a discount, free items, etc - I simply wanted what I ordered and paid for. Even after the multiple extra trips to their restaurant

Although the food is decent, the service is absolutely horrible and we will definitely not return. I don't feel this was any way to treat a customer of a new restaurant that you are trying to make work. The management tries to blame the youth of their hostess who takes orders, but at least she was polite!
