I recently tried a fantastic Pakistani restaurant in the USA, and I absolutely loved their allu-gosht dish. The flavors were so delicious, almost as good as my mom's cooking, but the goat paya didn't quite hit the mark for me. Still, I would definitely recommend this place to my American friends, as the spice levels are just right and overall it was a great experience.
