The pork jerk and lobster Mac and cheese from the food truck in Lafayette were absolutely delicious, with the plantains adding a perfect touch of sweetness. The flavorful dishes and vibrant atmosphere at The Taste of the Caribbean brought back memories of Jamaican vacations, and I can't wait to make it one of my go-to spots for a satisfying meal out.
