The steak tacos at Raffi's are incredibly delicious, and my mom enjoyed the taco salad with flavorful ground beef and fresh vegetables. Raffi's is known for serving the best authentic Mexican tacos in Indianapolis, and I frequently visit to order the same satisfying meal. The small, cozy atmosphere of the restaurant, with ample seating inside and a few spots outside, adds to the charm of this local mom and pop shop.
