07/25/2025 - Edward U.
The moment I stepped inside, the warmth of the industrial-chic interior and the lively banter behind the counter set the tone for something special. Each bite of the Hot Toddy sub was a symphony of perfectly balanced flavors, with thick cuts of meat and melted cheeses nestled in freshly baked bread that held everything together without faltering. Despite the unpretentious atmosphere, the friendly staff and generous portions made this experience feel like a comforting discovery worth savoring again and again.

Spent a three-day weekend in Indianapolis and decided to try out Greiner's, the oldest sub shop in the city. While the exterior didn't seem fancy, we were pleasantly surprised by the welcoming atmosphere and the friendly staff. Ordered the Hot Toddy and Philly Cheesesteak subs, which turned out to be incredibly delicious and packed with flavorful ingredients. The experience at Greiner's was so impressive that we left excited to return soon and try more of their offerings.
