I just saw that my name being slandered on a review of your bar. I don't know who "Andy from Waukee" who posted this review is, but I'm going out on a limb and saying I'm not the only "Andy" in Waukee. Please don't try to bring me or my business into your bad press. The review looks fake to me, but that doesn't mean I put it up. I want more than anything for every bar/restaurant in Waukee to be competitive and pull good crowds as it helps us all. So please don't blame a bad review on me. Also be mature and call me next time you think there is a problem.

Not sure why the pricing is indicated as very expensive, because the prices are great and portions very nicely sized. Quesadillas are incredible! Greatsalads. Melissa is the sweetest server around!

Nice patio. Bike night on Wed. 1/2 price on some appetizers and long happy hour. We stopped there before golf and I had the Johnsonville brats. Really good grilled with sauerkraut. Big beers.

The person name Andy who wrote this review seems like our competition trying to defame our place. I can assure you that we have nice clean place in waukee with 220' TV. We welcome clean competition
on basis of great food and service.

Been here twice in the last month the first I got seated at a booth and stepped on a rat or mouse he ran fast as heck right into the kitchen no joke gross I left, second we sat down no mice under our table, I watched a cook walk into the bathroom with his apron on and gloves nasty enough but there is more when he came out the apron was still on and so was his gloves he walked right back in to the back and started cooking I watched him no change of gloves no washing hands he prob just lifted up his apron and pee'd with his gloves on. I reported this to the dept of health and will never walk into this H1N1 swine flu breeding ground again neither should you!!!

This is an upscale restaurant for Waukee with a huge bar area. The menu was quite extensive and the food proved to be excellent! Its too bad more people don't realize we have this little jewel in our town!
