Great old fashioned food, themed on Amana colonies of Iowa. Antique meat or bratwurst topped with ancient gravy are the stars of the menu! Instant mashed potatoes topped with ancient gravy were amazing. 1970's cottage cheese served alongside 1960's sour kraut were a special surprise. And nothing tops off a gourmet primitive Amana Colony meal like prehistoric Amana apple pie smothered in ancient gravy! Mmm...mmm! Don't forget to take home a bottle of "vintage" wine that Dad almost choked to death on!
