I hadn't had sarducci's in a long time. Decided to stop in right when they opened at 11am. The place was filthy. ... apparently management doesn't enforce cleanliness

Filth, unfriendly, cashier/waitress made no attempt to deliver extra breadsticks, everything felt greasy, even the comment box, dirty tables made food unappealing, Won't go back.

Zero Stars!!!!! Disgusting is al I can say. Even for the low price it isn't worth it. The food was awful & the staff was worse. I ordered Spaghetti with meat sauce, when it came out there was no meat near the plate. The woman at the counter asked if everything was alright & I said "No". The answer was the meat is in small chunks. I asked for meatballs instead and was told there would be an extra charge, per meatball. With the Manager now at the counter I replied that "If this was what they were going to serve me they could be assured that I would never be back." They made no effort at all to correct the situation. I will never go back. Ever.

I ordered the chicken alfredo with breadsticks and it was delicious!!! Also, the customer service was fantastic; however, I know this is going to sound INSANE, but after eating, I had a DISTINCT after-taste of blood in my mouth---YES BLOOD!! No, I didn't bite my lip or drink anything strange, it was the after taste of this food. I really can't bring myself to eat there again to see if it was a fluke..yuck.

I have never had such an awful meal from this place. I ordered the baked spaghetti&the spaghetti tasted like it had been cooked in dirty water.Disgusting.My daughter disliked her meal also, chicken fettuccine.And to top it all off, they now charge .39 to use a debit card.meal wasn't even worth the charge.

Very bad meal. Ordered chicken fettuccini and then paid extra to add broccoli. The chicken was gross. It was just a big clump of shredded chicken. Then the broccoli tag I paid extra for was nothing but the end stem pieces tht I couldn't even chew. The lettuce salad looked as if the lettuce ha been sitting around for several days. Just a bad meal. Will never return to have this quality of food again.

I have never had such bad food and service. It was unbelievable. We waited 45 minutes to have pasta and bread sticks. When we went up to the counter the gal behind the counter was very snotty. It wasn't just us there was a few others that were complaining too. Three of us talked to management. We got our money back but still ill never go to your restaurant ever again.

This was one of the most delicate meals I have ever put in my month. It melted all my stress away, oh wait that was Olive Garden this place was terrible! RUN RUN RUN
