Had to literally call the police because they charged my card, then refused to give me my food simply because I said "just an fyi, it took 31 minutes for me to place my order". I was in the line over an hour, even being called the "C" word twice by 'employees'. No one would say they were the manager, then one of thems filthy boyfriends came to the window & said he was the manager & he didnt even work there. The police literally took the one who told them she was the manager, inside with my credit card & watched them refund my money....that they had stolen nearly an hour earlier on my credit card. BTW, the employees were all still outside talking to police 20mins later when I drove back by after going to McDonalds further on down the road. I found that odd since they closed during that time but no one was inside cleaning, yet they had turned the lights off. Employees all sitting on the curb looking lined up idkwtf lol

There was a very rude cashier who took my order. She was rude af. I had ordered through the mobile app. The drive thru was crowded & the line was long which is understandable due to covid & the dine in being closed. That is not what made me upset. I had ordered through the app while waiting on line thinking it would be easier & more efficient. Unfortunately I live closer to keokuk & it automatically set that as my order location & I did not realize. That is my fault & I take responsibility for my mistake. I had waited on the drive thru line for about 30 min & when it was my turn & they didn’t have record of my order I realized I had made a mistake. Unfortunately instead of being helpful & giving me some insight about how to fix the mistake the cashier was rude & referred to me as sweetheart not in a good way either which I did not appreciate. She did not ask her manager if there was a way to fix it instead she said there was nothing that could be done. I got off the line (after waiting 30 min) & went to the app. The problem was easy to fix & took two seconds.. unfortunately I had to wait on the line again for 15 more minutes for no reason bc it could have been easily fixed allbc the employee was rude & did not want to help (which is her job) also I had ordered a Chile & it was poorly placed in the bag on its side leading it to spill. I think if the employee does not want to take the time to ask her manager a question to help the customers if she does not know the appropriate answer she should not work there. Not only did she not help me fix the problem but she was rude about it which I cannot stress enough. I did not blame my mistake on her I simply wanted some insight on what should be done to fix it I figured she would be the person to ask since she works there guess not . Her attitude was uncalled for & if she is unhappy with her job perhaps she should get a new one instead of being rude & giving half -ss answers to questions.
