I have ate here a total of 6 times and every single time EVERYTHING IS BLAND. No flavor to any food. The hash brown don't get me started on their hash browns. Asked for extra crispy because they lay them in a pan let the bottom get crispy and then serve. Not all the hash browns are done. Slimy hash browns is what I just paid for. The only breakfast joint in this town and I can't believe they still get business. Called in to tell them they didn't get them crispy for the 3rd time and they said you get what you get. We can burn them if that's what you want. Actually I would prefer my food to have flavor and be FULLY COOKED. This doesn't seem like a problem for them and are consistently rude with every encounter we have with them. I've tried multiple items and ordered multiple times before leaving this review and every-time I'm extremely disappointed. If anyone is thinking of opening a breakfast joint here in mount pleasant iowa I'd do it now as there is no competition. I'm sorry for the people that eat this food because there's no other breakfast joints around .Feel free to find my reviews on Facebook as well.

The selection is great, from breakfast to lunch you can't go wrong! The Chicken Bacon Ranch Mac & Cheese is great, and the Mess are a MUST! Absolutely recommend Miss K's for breakfast, brunch or lunch! BEST IN TOWN!
