My sister and her fiance relocated to Iowa last year, and for their wedding, they chose Jina's Cakes for the cake. Despite my initial skepticism as a Los Angeles native, Jina's cakes could easily hold their own against any trendy bakery on Sunset Blvd with their deliciously moist cake and impeccable presentation. I just had to give credit where credit is due to Jina and her team for such an impressive culinary experience.
