Called and asked right off the bat of them answering if they would deliver. they said yes, so myself and co workers ordered food up to 40$ and after ordering food the lady on the phone didn't ask where we would like our food to be delivered and or a phone number to call us back on. We were never given the total of our order and we had to tell her before she tried hanging up on us. The lady said that it would take 10 minutes for us to get our order, after she told us that we made she to tell her where to bring our order and she said okay. After waiting 45 min to and hr. After finally calling 30x to see where our order was at they answered and we asked them where the order was and they said that it was on the way and that it would be 2 minutes.....I messaged them on there Facebook message and asked where our food was and there response was "sorry for you wait we will work next time on it and I will tell her to give you a specific time". After and Hr. and 30 minutes of calling and trying to get ahold of the restaurant I finally got down to the bottom of when the lady that I was talking to on the phone gave the phone to a male which I'm assuming was maybe a manager and I had to restate that we put in an order for delivery and he said we do not deliver. ( Case in point on the Facebook page review it says that they deliver + Asking If they delivered) I said okay well than I would like to cancel my order and get a refund back onto my card that I had given you. And the gentlemen hung out on me. So I called back and restated everything on how we called and wanted delivery and that I need my card to be voided since they do not deliver. Wish as good as English of what they had they said that the transaction was voided and that we should not be charged, now we will wait and see if it is voided and if not be going back into the restaurant and speaking to the manager personally.
