Owners are incredibly rude & disrespectful to their paying customers. If you don’t like something, oh well, their motto is “We love it here”. Ok? Of course, you do, it’s YOUR restaurant. What kind of backwards joke? Even their motto is a deflection of their business practices (or lack thereof). Their response to all less than perfect reviews are evidence of the lack of professionalism that this place reeks of. Place is a joke.

Terrible experience. The lady owner is rude and disrespectful. Do not eat here not worth it. The music is loud you can’t think. If you don’t like your food you might as well eat it anyway because they will not do anything about it. Actually she will get mad because you don’t like it. She would then start trying to belittle you and compare Chili’s like you eat there. I can see why she compares Chili’s because their on the same line as them. You will never be a Ruth Chris, Eddie V’s, etc because you’re on the same line as Logan’s. You in Jackson humble yourself because you’re not outdoing no one. LongHorn actually taste better and customer service out do you any day. I will make sure I tell everyone not to eat here.
