My wife and I recently ate at Red Lobster in Jackson. I was not impressed with the service or the food. Our waiter was not very friendly but was just OK and the fried shrimp was the worst I have ever had at any Red Lobster. Food or service not nearly like in the past. Where did you get these employees? From the hostess down to the waiters. Maybe cause I was there at 5:00 PM on Thursday instead of prime time on weekend???
