Canton Cafe is the place to eat. They have a large selection of sandwiches, salads, and Blueplate specials for lunch. Everything I have tried is delicious. The price is right and the service is better than anywhere else in the Jackson area. Go there more than once and you will be greeted by your name. Might even get to talk sports with Danny the owner. Highly recommended...
