I frequent this restaurant often due to the fact that most of their vegetable dishes are prepared without any pork, which is a rarity for me when it comes to soul food dining options. The home-cooked meals available for takeout have been a reliable go-to for me, especially when I am in the mood for a taste of traditional Southern cuisine. Over the years, I have had consistently positive experiences dining at Collins, and their commitment to treating all customers with respect, regardless of their circumstances, is truly commendable.

The atmosphere was average for a small community restaurant. It served home cooked foods that was hot and appetizing. I have eaten there several times. I think they could give just a little more food for the price that you pay. Sometimes they are a little scimpy; otherwise, Good Food.
