Our delivery was over 20 minutes late. When I called to check, a young lady said it would be delivered in 5 minutes. 20 minutes later, we still had no pizza. When I called again, a young man said the driver was just walking out the door. When I complained to the manager, he didn't care. He just said send the pizza back if you don't want it!!!! No apology. No offer to make the situation right. Was rude and said my only choice was to send it back.
