I absolutely love Green Ghost Tacos in Fondren! The food there is just fantastic. I recommend trying the enchiladas plate with rice and beans or the Green Ghost tacos on corn tortillas. The new location next to Party City on County Line Road in Ridgeland is great, with delicious and fresh food at nice pricing. The service is usually good, and even though it can get a bit loud inside, it's worth it for the amazing tacos and authentic flavors.
