What is wrong with the owner of the KFC? Clearly his management can't handle the crew. I personally think that the owner should shut his place down for a determined amount of time while he hires a totally new staff. What is wrong with people today? I personally think it's disgraceful that people would treat other people with hateful discrimination.

Saw on Face Book how they treated a deaf couple very sad. Deaf people have rights too just because they are deaf there is no reason treat them with disrespect. I see from all the reviews no one is happy with this store. This store has very bad reviews and no seems to care to fix them why not? The manager or owner should take some action on this. I will never visit that store and I hope there are other customers that feel the same. Very sad management. :( :( :( :( :(

Shocked at the lack of ability of management to find any wrongdoing by the employees of this KFC in regards to the blatant discrimination against your deaf patrons. Boycott KFC!!!

I hope KFC corporate knows the incident with the deaf people is running rapid on facebook -- if true, they were treated shamefully - last time I looked, money is money and the lack there of can put them out of business at the Byram, MS store -- if true, clean the whole house and hire people who are waiting for jobs in that town who will give better customer service.

Most rudest staff ever. Ordered strips and requested sauce at the order menu. Pulled up, was told 5 min. On order, after pulling up to window, had to pull forward to wait on order.. Waited 12 minutes, then sauce not in bag.. When requested, employee had an attitude and made me wait until they passed 2 more cars through the line, waiting on 2 sauces. Will never go back to KFC Byram, rudest, most uncaring staff ever. Obviously not there for customer service, they must forget, consumer pays their salary.... Only there for a pay check!!! 😪
