This food truck that's been catching my eye at work finally won me over today. I was skeptical about a Mexican Grill Food Truck, but I'm glad I took the plunge. The quesadillas were tasty, and the freshly made tortilla for the pork taco was a game-changer. The owner's dedication to perfecting the recipes for years really shines through in the flavors. You won't regret giving this new truck a chance - it's a delicious experience waiting to happen.
