The last time we were here it took the kitchen 45 minutes to get a meal to us. A TACO meal! What kind of Mexican restaurant takes 45 mins. to make tacos? The same kind that, upon a second chance to impress us presents 3 hostesses who all ask if they can seat us and then proceed to have a conference and still can't figure out which of the open tables and booths will work! This place has some serious customer service issues that obviously stem from oblivious management. Try Don Juan's Mexican Restaurant less than a mile away on San Jose. Prompt seating and good food served quickly. Oh, and you might want to avoid Mike the manager who will tell you to never return to “his” restaurant if you leave a negative review.
