We went to Sushi Factory restaurant on Saturday and were NOT happy with their service and business practice. First of all, the lady came to the table to ask what kind of drinks we want when we haven’t even sit down and seen the menu - just ridiculous! When we were looking at menu, a kid came over to ask us what kind of drinks we want again. How could they have a underage person to serve, it’s insane! Then there were half of my food still on the plate, the lady came to ask me if I need a box and left the bill on the table - hello, I wasn’t even done yet and didn’t call her and ask to take to-go! SO RUDE!! The most shocking part of our experience was they overcharged us and made lame excuses to cover their scam. The price on their menu are “subject to change” according to the lady, so be prepared to get overcharged. If you don’t mind getting scammed and dealing with bad quality of food & service, then this is the place for you!!
