OK, so this is my very 1st review, I felt very strongly about this fast food joint, to the point I felt I ABSOLUTELY had to write something. So it's 9:30am, go through drive thru w/ brother & 2 sons for a quick breakfast on my way to Chiropractor appt, (had auto accident with negligent driver), ok not the point lol, so I hear nothing in drive thru for a few minutes, which is long for drive thru, I'm saying "hello"? Finally a female replies "yeah?, go a head" for me to order OK,uummm o.0?? RUDE! But ordered anyway, i see the screen adding my food. But its ALL the wrong stuff, I'm gettin rung up for expensive items & shes just deductin everything off of it. For example i order 3 sausage n chees muffin sandwhiches $1.50 each, my sons allergic to egg, she charges me 3 egg, sausage n chees minus the egg ($6.00) then i said "thats not my order right? Cuz I'm ordering the $1.50 ones, she says nothing & I'm watchin her correct the screen. Everything i asked was ignored so finished ordering & drove to window. She slams open the window with my total i owe VERY NASTY)!!! So I ask "is your drive thru speakers broken? Cuz I didnt hear anything you were saying" she replies rolling her eyes, "no itvaint broke!" So I was way beyond annoyed @ than s point & reply "Oooh OK, so you mean you PURPOSELY ignore people, oh OK I get it! Must be a new burger king policy" she gave me a nasty luck, rung me up, slammed open the window again to hand me the reciept. I just smiled & bit my tongue. After waiting what felt like forever, my food looked thrown sloppy in the bag, the sandwiches were practically out of the wrappers, edges were super hard, tasted like it was over microwaved & alongbwith the hash rounds it was all cold @ this point. As much as I love their lunch menu, I must say I trully will NEVER EVER EVER go back to burger king. The food, the disrespect, all of it was enough to convince me to dismiss myself as a customer anymore. Just about ALL of my family & friends goto burger king & ive already began tellin them what happened & for them to go to mcdonalds. You guys should be doing a better job as to your hiring process cuz honestly, customer service & even a tiny bit of professionalism has taken a HUGE backseat as a priority in your stores. This isnt my 1st encounter in your places of business but its certainly the worst to date & the straw that broke the camels back for me. Im done! Thats too bad to cuz I've always favored you over mcdonalds, guess i was wrong.
