My Friends gave me some great Cuban Bread and Sweet bread and it was like I was back home in Miami!! what a breath of fresh air this place has a Caribbean style that is refreshing in a very southern city.

I am not Cuban but this food is great! The grilled fish with yellow rice and black beans are amazing. I have never had ham croquets before but they are delicious. My only regret is that they don't stay open longer but if you want some really good food outside of what you normally eat, try them you'll be glad you did.

This place reminds me of the authentic dishes I've experienced in the top Cuban restaurants in Miami. I am pleased to be able to enjoy the wonderful environment and taste sensation from Sol Cuban!!

This was just a little piece of Orlando for me. When you walk in they are playing Spanish music and there are beautiful pictures of Cuba decorating the walls. The food smells amazing when you walk through the door. It is not a huge place , but there are places to sit and eat. It is also not fancy smancey, but the food is great. I got the pulled pork with red beans and rice, peppered steak, and empenadas. Everything was fabulous! The empenadas had a sauce that goes with them that was to die for. The pork was full of seasoning and flavor, it took me back to all of the great Latino dishes that I have had in my life. The Cuban sandwich looked like a wonderful choice too. Great bang for your buck! Lots of delicious food for a great price. Go try it, you will be happy that you did.
