In the past, this place was a pleasant experience for me, but why could I not get my refund? Yesterday, 10/15/14 I ordered the corn beef breakfast and an order of bacon (4 slices). The bacon was too salty and I could not eat it all after eating 1 slice with the rest of my food to offset the salt. A refund was requested as they did not have anything else that I wanted. The refund request was denied because they had served the bacon all morning and nobody else had complained. So if you get something there that you can't eat, please let the manager know so that others may be able to get their refund. I don't know how many people have to complain for a customer to get a refund. Hopefully no one else will experience a situation like this.

Used to be the greatest place ever! Then the ran everyone off with the sucky service! I've waited 8 minutes for a refill... Girls to busy about their cell phones or gossiping to give decent service! Not to mention the owner screws most of the ppl who work for him over!
