Steve's Family Restaurant offers consistently delicious, homemade-style meals with perfectly cooked fried chicken and flavorful sides like mashed potatoes, green beans, and coleslaw. The atmosphere is relaxed and family-friendly, with attentive and welcoming staff who make the dining experience enjoyable. Located a short drive southeast of Jefferson City, the generous portions and reasonable prices make it worthwhile to visit more than once.

When you walk into Steve's Chicken it's like walking into Grandma's house for Sunday Supper! The smell of the food cooking is amazing. The staff are the friendliest around. Prices are great and the food is fantastic, and you'll get your monies worth and then some!

I miss ya'll so much. No one on the east coast can fix chicken like ya'll do. Please come to Delaware and show these people how to fix and eat chicken. Hopefully I'll get to come back and eat there one more time. Keep on cooking great food.

Great to find the two entree plate option so I could have the great fried chicken as well as the ham, and swipe a catfish fillet off my wife's plate!!

Fried chicken just like grandma used to make. Delicious pan fried, mashed potatoes and gravy with seasoned green beans. Yummmmmm!

Steve's is an awesome place to eat. Pan-fried chicken, Burger's ham...real mashed potatoes. We always get the family-style and the waitresses are always so friendly and on the ball. The drinks and ice cream are included in the meal. Well worth the money spent, and the short trip out of Jeff to eat there. As an unrelated plus, the gas station past Steve's is usually cheaper on gas than just about anywhere. So we always fill up when we are there.
