El Espolon is my go-to for both dine-in and carryout, with gracious servers, delicious rice and black beans, amazing Green and Red Chile Pork, and excellent spicy salsa - it's the best Mexican restaurant in JC for traditional food at affordable prices, always fresh, fast, and reasonably priced, a true heaven-sent spot for a quick and tasty lunch with friendly staff and a great atmosphere.
