For people who appear to be so passionate about coffee, why is their coffee so bitter? The sausage rolls are horrible. The one I received tasted strange and as if it had been sitting out all day. The meat inside was almost black. It was truly disgusting. I asked for a refund on it but the owner refused and lectured me on how I don't know quality.
