I agree with Gabby's recent one-star review about the counter manager being difficult, as I once had to cancel an order after a disagreement over extra toppings and unexpected charges. However, on a subsequent visit, the staff was accommodating, friendly, and efficient, and the sandwiches arrived on time, fresh, and exactly as ordered, which restored my confidence. The food is consistently delicious, especially the mozzarella and various sandwich options, making it worth the visit despite occasional crowding and higher prices compared to competitors.

I had a less than pleasant experience with the woman at the counter during my last online order. Despite the initial confrontation over toppings and prices, I decided to give Vito's another chance. This time, the staff was accommodating and the sandwiches were delicious, making it a worthwhile return visit.
