Service has been horrible and slow for at least 3 months. Shake overflowing on sides of cup, lid not sealed due to too much ice cream. Handed it back, saw manager Debbie look at me and dumped some of shake into garbage, she apologized adding training issues which weve heard that for months. (How long does it take to train?Common sense says not to serve a overflowing ice cream. Not only a poor excuse, the cup was still sticky and had shake on it. Requested she use a wet paper towel and clean it up.
This is now the fourth issue we've had in last 3 months.

When I pay for what I order I expect to get what I PAYED for not what the employee sitting on in a chair in the drive thru acting like she doesn't want to serve you and you're bothering her. That's twice in a row I've been there and received extremely poor customer service
