We are regular customers and usually eat during lunch hours. When we dined today, our carrots were not done, and the fried chicken only contained legs. After bringing it to our server's attention the carrots were replaced, but the chicken was being breaded and would be brought out in about 20 mins.

My concern is maybe the chicken could have been breaded and cooked a lot faster if every store employee was'nt out back having a smoke break. Even the lady manager was outside visiting with her husband.
