The tram ride to the summit is a bit pricey, but the gift shop at the top offers unique Alaska mint silver coins at a great value. The panoramic views of the Gastineau Channel and downtown Juneau from the peak are truly spectacular. The opportunity to witness a Bald Eagle up close perched on a tree at eye level was a memorable experience.

If I could give it half a star i would. Poor service, waitress coming out of kitchen eating food numerous times, don't get the oysters, they're tiny and for $22 you get 5 whole oysters smaller than your pinky and if you're lucky all you're food may come out at once. I don't know who owns this restaurant, but I'd shitcan your kitchen crew and a few of your waitstaff, too many staff doing a lot of nothing there while people wait to be seated, giving excuses that the kitchens behind on food when your dining room is three quarters empty and nobody is being served, a poorly run restaurant, will NEVER eat here again!
