I think this is a great place and have only had positive interactions. They are very friendly and love that they have added daily specials.

I ordered a breakfast burrito by phone to be picked up an hour later. They had made a panini instead and said, "when you don't specify, that's what we make." I said I had specified. She asked me if she could 'put it in a burrito' and I let her take it. 25 minutes later there was nothing said about when I would get my lunch and I left. I had this happen before, order one thing and get another. I won't darken their doors again. Hinting that it was my fault they made the wrong sandwich was uncalled for and rude.
