The customer service is not good. They only take one order at a time and let 5 or 6 cars pile up in the drive thru then there is never a guarantee that you will get what you ordered. Or they don't have any and it will be a 20 minute wait while they cook the chicken that is hot which is good but then I get to work and I have thighs instead of breast. I have tried different days or different times and always the same thing. Always an excuse.
