We traveled through Kansas on our way to GA from Colorado. We've eaten in New Mexico, Arizona and Mexico. Who would have thought that KANSAS would have some of the best Mexican food we would ever eat? Planning another trip to the same destination, and are planning our road trip so that we stop here to eat. You rock, Taqueria!
