I have been to both Breweries in town, Big John's and Blue Sky.
Blue Sky has Good food, OK beer, But compared to Big John's, Blue Sky has amazing service. Which is to say normally good service as Big John's service boards on insulting.
If like locally brewed beer Blue Sky is the only pleasant place to go in Salina.

I've just came back from the Big John's Brewing Company.
The Coops pizza was good. It was fresh made. Reasonable wait time and service good.
The beer was.... I really couldn't tell as I could only get 1(ONE) glass.
I could not say that the service was appalling it would have to greatly improve just to be terrible. I was seated at the bar. After thirty minutes I waved. I then called (the person tending? bar was only two feet from me.) He ignored me.
I got up and stood behind a person who had walked up to the register. After serving this person the bar tender walked away.
Fortunately they had bottled water available. So I had something to drink.

Pros: Good Pizza and water availed if you get thirsty.

Cons: you can't get them to serve the beer they brew.
