Jose Peppers blew me away with its fresh, flavorful food and friendly service-everything from the light, crispy chips and excellent salsa to the tasty chicken tortilla salad hit the mark. The steak fajitas and tequila lime chicken never disappoint, and their happy hour offerings, like the steak and goat cheese tower, are a delicious bonus. Even after trying other Tex-Mex spots, this place keeps winning me over with consistently solid meals and a lively atmosphere.
