Springfield cashew chicken is unique to this restaurant, and though a bit pricey, it feels worth the cost, especially with the lunch specials offering better value. The orange chicken stands out with large, whole pieces of white meat coated in a flavorful, tangy sauce that leaves a lasting impression, and the rice is consistently well-prepared. However, the egg rolls were disappointing-small, overly salty, and overpriced-while the crab rangoon offered a satisfying alternative with real crab bits.
