Best Food in Kansas

Their food is amazing, it reminded me of my childhood, visiting my Indian friends on Sunday. The food is fantastic authentic Indian cuisine. The chicken tikka masala is a great first dish to try, if you are new to Indian food. My only criticism is that it is a bit too dark inside. It makes for a romantic dinner, but it makes you sleepy. Until you get the food and then Wow!! You are wide awake. Enjoy your meal, namaste.

Ruchi has a great selection that varies from day to day on their lunch buffet. The lunch buffet includes several appetizers, chutneys, and main entrees. Most notable entrees include their Chicken 65, Butter Chicken, Hyderabad Chicken, Goat Curry (with bones), Chana Masala, and Fish Fry (mostly boneless). The atmosphere is dim, but their selection brightens, and heats things up. This restaurant is not afraid to expose diners to truly authentic spicy dishes. My only dinner experience was menu order only which unfortunately is difficult for the average American diner to relate with since it is mostly written in Indian cuisine terms with few pictures to illustrate the foreign dish names. However, if you are familiar with Indian cuisine and have your favorites, Ruchi is sure to deliver a delectable dining experience.
