For over a decade now, Jose Peppers has been a beloved spot for my family gatherings and casual lunches. The familiar flavors of their espinaca dip evoke cherished memories of childhood, maintaining its authenticity through the years. Despite being outside of Texas, where Tex-Mex reigns supreme, Jose Peppers has managed to capture the essence of good Mexican cuisine with well-balanced spices and flavorful dishes. Each visit is a reminder of why this restaurant has become a go-to favorite for us.
