This BBQ joint, known for supplying wood to many smokehouses, finally opened its own restaurant and it definitely lives up to the hype. The meats are perfectly smoked and seasoned, especially the ribs that just fall right off the bone, and the sides like cheesy corn and jalapeño cheddar cornbread are absolute winners. The vibe is casual and rustic with friendly service that makes the whole experience even better-definitely worth a visit if you're in the Kansas City area.
