My husband and I were excited today to go back to Todd’s restaurant in Gardner. We have not been there for over a year because of the virus. We wondered if Bob, Dee and Todd would be there. They were not. There was a new staff there. After eating breakfast that was not what we ordered, we mentioned that to the waitress. She said “this is what you ordered”. She did not write it down. Then she walked away and stayed away. Not what we remembered the way we were treated last year. Has Todd, Bob and Dee sold the business?

Very good food and friendly atmosphere. Price's reasonable.

We have been going to Todd's for several years now and have always been please, however, since they've recently changed the menu the quality doesn't seem the same. Not sure if they are cutting corners, cook staff is different or what. Kind of sad because always been one of our favorite "Mom and Pop" eateries. Hope it picks back up.

I would have rather you didn't go out of your way to make me feel special by making sure the gravy that is supposed to come with the order was included. It was the consistency of water. I can go buy a package of gravy for .79 and do a better job. Don't answer your phone if it's near closing time if that means you give less than what is expected. Don't ask me if I want a roll or garlic bread and give "none". I am used to your prices and willing to pay them when the order is right, but I'm not going to drive all the way back home to call you and get an "i'm sorry". So no call made. $12 for a fried chicken patty with mashed potatoes + a tip. Then sit there for 5 minutes while the watery gravy is made only to listen to the 3 waitresses discuss how much they made in tips for the day. Yes...... this is a diner and not the Ritz Carlton. Step up your game. Don't take this personal...... these are very solid points. If you think any of this was made up, you are completely mistaken.
