Turning back to check out the old house turned out to be a wonderful decision as the warm, historic atmosphere instantly made me feel at home. The chicken liver starter paired with creamy mac and cheese, followed by their legendary cinnamon rolls, created one of the most satisfying meals I've had in a long time. Sitting at the bar, sharing toasts in memory of the owner, and soaking up the cozy, log-walled rooms made the experience truly unforgettable-I can't wait to return and enjoy it all again.
