Located in Blue Springs, this BBQ joint offers a delicious pulled pork sandwich and flavorful beef options. The variety of sauces complements the dishes well, especially when paired with their thick-cut fries. As someone who values authentic BBQ, I appreciate the attention to detail in both the taste and service at this long-standing establishment.

Me and my brothers took our mom out to dinner at zarda in blue springs this past weekend. The food was great but what stuck out to us was the young lady who helped us she was very patient with my mom who is a very picky 82 year old woman. The young lady's name was Emily, she went through the menu with her and answered all my moms questions and even though they were busy she brought my mom her plate and made sure throughout our meal that my mom was taken care of. My mom doesn't get to get out much so for this young lady to treat her with such kindness meant a lot to her. My mom asked another young lady to have Emily come over to our table, the other girl explained that emily was on break but she would go get her, I figured like most teenagers Emily wouldn't want to be bothered but here she came around the corner with a smile on her face. My brother tried to tip her but she nicely declined. I know she probably won't read this herself but I wanted her to be recognized even a little bit for what a great job she did.
