As a coffee enthusiast with years of experience in Seattle, evaluating a coffee shop involves considering various aspects beyond just the quality of the coffee itself. I believe a great coffee shop should excel in three key areas: the quality of their products, the overall vibe and service, and the pricing. While my personal preference leans towards espresso influenced by my time in Italy, I must admit that the Ethiopian blend at this particular shop has captured my attention with its fragrant, subtly sweet, and exceptionally smooth profile.
